Engineering changes in the field
An engineering change is only as good as the process that gets it into the field.
Learn More: Engineering changes in the fieldOur Experience
Our experience spans hardware engineering, manufacturing, field operations, industrial engineering and software development.
That means we understand both sides of the problem: the physical work that needs to happen, and the administrative processes that surround it.
Field operations: Built a process for implementing engineering changes across a fleet of autonomous marine vehicles, connecting service kits, parts, instructions and configuration records.
Manufacturing: Redesigned a battery production workflow, reducing reported end-to-end build time from six to eight hours to two to three hours per pack.
Estimating: Built an AI agent, taught by a contractor's senior estimators, that turns tender documents into a priced estimate.
Coanda: Developed a voice-guided approach to capturing expert knowledge as approved procedures and guiding technicians through the work.
These examples reflect our founders' professional experience and Coanda's own product development. They demonstrate the experience we bring to client projects, not a list of completed Coanda client engagements.
