Coanda Technologies Terms of Use

1. Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and Coanda Technologies (“Coanda”, “we”), of Sydney, Australia. They cover our website (coandatech.com), the Cathy app and Conduit.
2. Who can use Cathy and Conduit
Cathy and Conduit are for people whose company has invited them. There's no public sign-up. If your company has an agreement with us, that agreement comes first wherever it differs from these terms.
3. Using them properly
Don't misuse them. Don't try to get around their security, reach information that isn't yours, overload or disrupt them, or use them to break the law.
4. Your account
Your company adds you, and your account ends when your company removes you. The Privacy Policy says what happens to your information then.
5. As is
We provide our website, Cathy and Conduit as they are, as far as Australian law allows. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.
