About Us
Our North Star
Hold everyone to the same standard.
Most teams don't fail for lack of information. They fail because the standard lives in a few people's heads and a pile of documents nobody reads. Two technicians do the same job two different ways, and nobody can say which one was right.
The best teams work differently. The standard is written down. Everyone knows what good looks like. When work falls short, it isn't bad luck: something broke along the way, and the job is to find it and fix it.
That's what Coanda is for.
Write it down.
Bring in the documents you already have, talk out the know-how that's never been written down. Conduit turns it into clear, step-by-step procedures. One version. One standard.
Put it in people's hands.
Cathy talks technicians through each procedure on the job, out loud. The standard is there at the moment the work happens, not buried in a folder.
See where it breaks.
Every step and check is recorded as the work happens. When quality slips, you can trace it back. Was someone not trained? Was a document missing? Does the process itself need fixing? Find it, fix it, move on.
Not another wiki.
Plenty of tools will store your information. We care about what happens next: whether the person doing the job can find it, follow it and get it right, every time.
Where we are.
We're a small team in Sydney, building and testing Coanda now, and we want it in the hands of real teams as early as possible. If your team builds or maintains complex equipment and wants to hold a higher standard, join the waitlist or email founders@coandatech.com.
Good enough isn't a standard that scales.
